I don’t think it is shipping. He printed something like 200 copies (if you know someone who has one, you can kill them to get their copy. I know *two* people who have one ;-) . But I heard he pulled it from the publisher (or was it just the printer?) because they weren’t going to print it the way he wanted. Don’t know whether he’s going to find a new place or pull a Tufte and roll his own.
