I've been with pair.com for over 7 years and have always been happy with their service. They consistent upgrade the plans without increasing cost. Support is quick and excellent.

Pair.com doesn't really give you any site stats, which can be nice to have. I've used Thinkhost for years, who have been very good and very cheap, but recently were badly shaken by the sobig.f virus--many periods of outage. Sometimes speed can be an issue as well. I've been happy enough with them that I'm giving them another chance.

Dreamhost is popular, as is Media Temple. Both do MT no problem.

When you move your MT install, be sure to read www.russcam.com/temp/MovingMT2.pdf that pdf, good instructions for the process.
